11:20 - 11:50 a.m.	Welcome from WPRA President & Guest Speaker: Lt. Governor Sara Rodriguez
11:50 - 12:30 p.m.	Box Lunches & Legislative Briefing from WPRA Lobbyist
12:30 p.m.	Depart for Capitol
12:45 p.m.	Group Picture in Front of Capitol
1:00 - 3:30 p.m.	Legislative Visits
3:30 p.m.	Happy Hour Debrief (informal gathering at the Park Hotel bar)

Additional Information
Attire: Business casual or your Park & Recreation gear is great, just no jeans or sneakers requested.
Materials: We will have folders and leave-behinds for legislators. Please feel free to bring any LOCAL information about your park & recreation services.
Parking: Public parking is available at the Dane County Parking Ramp or Block 89 Parking
Schedule: When you arrive at the Park Hotel, you will be provided a schedule of your legislative meetings.
