Timeline
February 23, 2024:
Attraction agreements due
March 22, 2024: Participating member agreements due
March 29, 2024: WPRA member ticket orders due
April 8, 2024: Ticket order sent to attractions
April 28, 2024: Attractions send tickets out to WPRA members by this date
April 30, 2024 - Labor Day: WPRA members sell tickets
Labor Day - September 6, 2024: WPRA members report number of tickets being returned
September 13, 2024: Tickets and payments due to WPRA office


How to Become a Participating Department
To become a participating department in our 2024 Summer Ticket Program, simply fill out the Department agreement below and email it to the WPRA Office by March 22nd. Once your agreement is submitted, the office will send you a link to fill out the ticket order form. Ticket orders are due on March 29th.

Need more tickets at your department? Tickets re-orders will be sent to the attractions by the end of the day each Wednesday.

*The re-order link will be available once selling season begins. To place your starting order for the season, please fill out the Department Agreement Form, email it to the WPRA Office, and they will send you the link to place your order.

 


**Note: Tickets are NOT available at the WPRA office. To purchase individual tickets, please visit our member locations for tickets. You can contact departments directly to inquire about ticket availability. Many departments only accept cash payments.
