Job Description

The Lake Mills Community Recreation Department (Lake Mills Area School District) seeks a Recreation Supervisor to oversee community-wide recreational activities. This role includes planning, implementing, and supervising various programs, including sports, enrichment, youth and adult programs, and special events. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and other web-based platforms used for communicating with coaches, staff, and participants.

Qualifications 

We are seeking a skilled professional who can balance program management while demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with members of our community. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. Additional qualifications include: excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and the ability to take initiative and work proactively.
