Recreation Supervisor

Job Description 

• Coordinates Recreational Programming for the community, including aquatics, youth and adult programs, performing and visual arts, and other various activities.
• The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for complete oversight of the Recreation Special Revenue Account.
• Aquatics management includes all operations of the Aquapark.
• Responsible for the coordination of the Dirty Ninja Mud Run for Kids event. The Mud Run is an annual youth event with 2,500 participants.
• Partner with local organizations for donations/sponsorships to support the Recreation Division.
• Coordinate with the West Bend School District and Boys & Girls Club for facility usage.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation or related field with at least two years of community recreation supervisory experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Salary/Salary Range
$65,000 - $75,000
