Qualifications
Educational Background:

  • Associate’s Degree in Recreation Management, Event Management, Education, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.


Experience:

  • 3-5 years in program planning, preferably for older adults, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
Certification:
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain CPR, basic first aid and AED, and ServSafe certifications within 60 days of hiring.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and organizational prowess; excellent interpersonal and team-building skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Zoom, and scheduling software.

Salary/Salary Range
$60,762 - $69,439 per year
