11:45 - 12:30 p.m. Legislative Briefing (Caty) – overview of talking points, meeting protocols, etc.
12:30 p.m. Depart for Capitol
12:45 p.m. Group Picture in Front of Capitol
1:00 - 3:30 p.m. Legislative Visits
3:30 p.m. Happy Hour Debrief (informal)

 

Additional Information
Attire: Business causal is okay, just no jeans or sneakers requested.
Materials: We will have folders and leave-behinds for legislators. Please feel free to bring any LOCAL information about your park & recreation services.
Parking: Public parking is available at the Dane County Parking Ramp or Block 89 Parking
Schedule: When you arrive at the Park Hotel, you will be provided a schedule of your legislative meetings.
